| Half the stuff my parents had to explain to me ahead of time because I am not a history buff and knew nothing of the cold war besides the atomic bomb stuff. But that didn't matter because all I saw in that movie was great humor mixed with the seriousness of its setting. For example, the President says "You can't fight in here, this is the war room!" Hello! Contradictory much? And another scene I liked, the bombs had "Hi Dear!" and something else written on them.
I must watch it again to fully understand it, but I think it's superb anyway.
